FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 4 in a closed position;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of the right-hand side of FIG. 3, the left side being a mirror image thereof.
