FIG. 4 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a front and right side elevational view, the rear and left side being identical thereto;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view, the left side being identical thereto;

FIG. 7 is a rear and right side elevational view, the front and left side being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view thereof.
