FIG. 3 is a perspective view from below of the cleat skirt shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 attached to a spike shown by dotted lines; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective view from above of the cleat skirt shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 attached to a spike and a threaded member shown by dotted lines.

The broken lines showing the cleat spike and cleat screw are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
