FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a handle for a painting implement embodying the new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of a support structure is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The undisclosed rear and side elevational views are the same in appearance respectively, as the front and side elevational views shown.
