FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1; and,
FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1.
The broken line showing of a shoe sole, including the cupped vertical sides of the sole, is environmental only and forms no part of the claimed design .
