FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tire embodying my new design, it being understood that the pattern is repeated throughout the circumference of the tire, the opposite side being substantially the same as that shown;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged fragmentary cross-sectional perspective view of a segment of the tread thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary cross-sectional perspective view of the groove area of the tread segment shown in FIG. 4 bounded by the ellipse designated as FIG. 5 therein; and,

FIG. 6 is a greatly enlarged fragmentary cross-sectional view through the sipe in the groove taken along line 6--6 in FIG. 5.
