FIG. 1 is a top, front, and left side perspective view of a deck rail pot holder showing my new design, the broken-line disclosure of a portion of a deck rail being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
