FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined audible alarm and signalling transmitter showing my new design with the band shown in an alternate condition and with the broken line showing for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, with the left side being a mirror image, except for the omission of the control buttons;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The criss-cross shading represents conventional fabric.
