FIG. 2 is an enlarged top plan view thereof, the ends shown untied, the bottom plan view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged front elevational view thereof, the rear plan view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the end thereof, illustrating the mounting of the tie strings, shown broken away for ease of illustration.
