FIG. 2 is an exploded top and front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view without the cap, shown for clarity of illustration, the undisclosed opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of FIG. 3, the undisclosed opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 3.
