FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 8 is a rear and upper right perspective view thereof.
The broken line showing of a tool which can be mounted on the base in FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 5 is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental elements and forms no part of the claimed design.
