FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof with the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a partially in section bottom plan view taken through line 4--4 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged, fragmented, partially in section bottom plan view taken through line 5--5 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged, partially in section top plan view taken through line 6--6 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view showing my new design; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom perspective view showing my new design.

A description of the appearance of the articles is as follows: A combination of a tubular column and screw extends between a base and a cabinet supporting plate.

The shaft member in FIGS. 1 and 2 and the top plate member in FIG. 5 are shown broken away for ease of illustration.
