FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof; the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1; the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 6; the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a third embodiment of FIG. 1; the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 8; the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof.

The top and bottom plan views of the embodiments in FIG. 6 and 8 are the same as illustrated in FIG. 4 and 5.
