FIG. 1 is a top, front and left side elevational view of a combined cuff and weighted case for attachment to persons released on bail showing my new design, the broken-line depiction of the portion of a hand being for illustrative purposes only, and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is an enlarged right side elevational view thereof.
