FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a packaging bag showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged top plan view thereof, the undisclosed bottom side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of FIG. 2, the undisclosed opposite side being a mirror image.

The rear elevational view is plain and unornamental.

The broken away section in FIG. 2 is shown due to indeterminate length of the bag.
