FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the exterior surface of a double vented hatch cover showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image of that shown; and,

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end being a mirror image of that shown.
