FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof, on a reduced scale, shown in use.

The broken-line showing of a ceiling fan, in FIG. 7, is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The pattern on the upper and lower horizontal strips in FIG. 2, is understood to represent an adhesive.
