FIG. 1 is a view from the front;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view from the front and side;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view from the side and back;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view from the bottom and back; and,

FIG. 5 is a perspective view from the top and back.

The side opposite to that shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 of the drawings is a mirror image thereof.
