FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shin surfing device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an inner side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being the same; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective view thereof showing the surfing device applied to a swimmer's legs and used in carrying out the surfing exercise.
