FIG. 1 is a front and top perspective view of a child's safety harness for shopping carts showing our new design, the portion shown in broken lines representing a portion of a shopping cart and child restrained therein forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a rear and bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.
