FIG. 1 is a top and front perspective view of a combination tissue dispenser and receptacle with cover showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an exploded top and front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the cover portion thereof, the receptacle and dispenser portions being omitted for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the cover portion thereof, the rear and sides being identical in appearance;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the cover portion thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the receptacle portion thereof, the cover and dispenser portions being omitted for clarity of illustration;
