FIG. 1 is a top, front and right side perspective view of the combined bottle and cap showing my new design, the top, rear and left side perspective view being identical thereto;

FIG. 2 is a top, front and left side perspective view thereof, the top, rear and right side perspective view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view of the combined bottle and cap shown in an exploded condition;
