FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof with the lower portion of the tassel hanging straight down in limp condition;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view similar to FIG. 5 in an alternate bent position.
