FIG. 2 is a first elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a second elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

Except for the threaded portion, all other elevational views are the same as FIGS. 2 and 3.
