FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined powder dispenser and applicator showing my new design, the undisclosed portions of the applicator head are unornameted, and follow the configuration of the side shown;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the assembled article; the side opposite being identical to the side shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
