FIG. 2 is a left end elevational view thereof, the right end being a mirror image of the left end shown in FIG. 2;
FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom view being a mirror image of the top view shown in FIG. 5.
