FIG. 5 is an enlarged scale front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6.

The corresponding views disclosed in the second embodiment (FIG. 6) are similar to the first embodiment (FIGS. 2, 3 and 5).
