FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image of the right side;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view taken from the top, front and left side of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 7, the left side being a mirror image of the right side;
