FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an enclosed article carrier showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an end elevation thereof, the opposite end elevation being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation thereof, the opposite side elevation being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
