FIG. 5 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top, front, and right side perspective view of a second embodiment thereof, the only difference being the configuration of the actuator arm; and,

FIG. 8 is a top, front, and right side perspective view of a third embodiment theroef, the only difference being the configuration of the actuator arm.
