FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a binocular carrier, showing my new design, the broken line showing of a human figure is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom elevation thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a back elevation thereof.
