FIG. 13 is a right side elevational view; and,

FIG. 14 is a left side elevational view thereof.

The connecting cord in FIGS. 1 and 4-7 has been shown broken away to indicate indeterminate length.

The broken line showings in FIGS. 8-14 are for illustrative purpose only and form no part of the claimed design.
