FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined bottle and cap showing our new design, with the cap attached to the top;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof, with the cap attached to the bottom; and,

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof, with the cap removed from the bottle. The right side elevational view, the left side elevational view and the rear elevational view are identical to that shown in FIG. 1.
