FIG. 2 is an end elevational view showing the top in its closed position and the platforms in their horizontal position;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view showing the top in its closed position and the platforms in their horizontal position;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view like FIG. 2 showing the top in an open position and the platforms in a downwardly depending position.

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof with the top in an open position.
