FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a trash can liner retainer showing my new design in its relaxed state;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof in its tensioned state around the top of a trash can, the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 4 is a fragmentary perspective view of the cable connector portion of the trash can liner retainer. The pattern which is partially shown in the cable for ease of illustration is understood to be continuous throughout the whole cable.
