FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of one side of a shoe upper showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the other side of a shoe upper as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of a shoe upper as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of a shoe upper as shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken line showing the shoe sole in FIGS. 1-4 is for illustrative purposes and forms no part of the claimed design.
