FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined knife handle and holder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the front side of the knife out of the holder and the top and the bottom layers of the holder;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross section view taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear view of the knife handle, the top and bottom layers of the holder being omitted from the view for clarity of illustration.
