FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevation view thereof, shown with a retractable knob in an extended position;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top, front and left side perspective view of a second embodiment of the control panel illustrated in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 9 is a top, front and left side perspective view of a third embodiment of the control panel illustrated in FIG. 1.
