FIG. 5 is a front end view from the left hand side of the FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a back end view from the right hand side of the FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a top view with the temple fully expanded;

FIG. 8 is a view of the first side with the temple fully expanded;

FIG. 9 is a bottom view with the temple fully expanded; and,

FIG. 10 is a view of the second side with the temple fully expanded.
