FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a headband with ear and neck shield showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary front perspective view of protective headgear for shielding ears and neck from ultraviolet rays.

The broken line showing of the human form in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
