FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a safety bumper for guiding the visually impaired showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right-side elevation view thereof, the left-side elevation being a mirror image of FIG. 2;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof, the top plan being an inverted mirror image of FIG. 4.
