FIG. 2 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view; and,

FIG. 6 is another end elevational view, opposite to the view in FIG. 5.
