FIG. 1 is an enlarged front, top, left perspective view of the hand and fingernail cleaning brush handle embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a reduced top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof.

The left side elevational view is not shown, but is the mirror image of the right elevational view of FIG. 3. The broken line showing of bristles is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
