FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view without rubber adapter thereof;

FIG. 7 is a horizontal cross-sectional thereof taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a top, front and right side perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom, left side and rear perspective view thereof.
