FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a tree stand showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is the opposite side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view showing the tree stand in its intended use, the broken lines showing earth and a tree are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view of its folded position.
