Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a supporting device for a display balloon showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a further perspective view showing the device in the "exploded" condition;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view fully assembled with the opposite side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of a portion of an automobile and a balloon are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The undisclosed bottom plan view is understood to be unornamented.
