FIG. 1 is a side elevation view of one side of the plane scratch brush handle showing our new design, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an end elevation view from the left end of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is an end elevation view from the right end of FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of brush bristles in FIGS. 1, 2 and 5 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
