FIG. 1 is a side perspective view of the roll paper note pad showing my new design, which may be placed on a horizontal surface or attached to a vertical wall, the pencil holder being pivotable to accommodate the orientation selected;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;
