Status indicating and tamper evident closure

Description

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a status indicating and tamper evident closure, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right-side elevational view thereof; the left side elevational view being a mirror image of FIG. 4;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the present invention after it has been adhesively attached to a cap of a vial or the like for covering an access port; and,

FIG. 7 is a pictorial view of the present invention during removal of a tear away center portion to uncover the access port.

The discontinuous lines in FIGS. 1, 5, 6 and 7 indicate perforations and form a part of the claimed design.
