Description

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the balloon tying platform with the bottom view being a mirror image except for the positioning of the prong elements;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof.
